We provide flexible online payment methods on our webshop, and we accept MasterCard, VISA, Paypal, Alipay, and other bank transactions. Payment needs to be transferred before shipping the goods.

Return Policy
You may return or exchange unused and undamaged items within 14 days after receiving the goods. We'll also pay the shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

In the case of return, you should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days). It also depends on order location, as it might influence the refund time.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also contact us via email: if you cannot register your return request or have any questions.

We cooperate with various international express companies, such as: Post Denmark, UPS, Fedex, EMS, and we can deliver the goods to most cities worldwide. We will deliver the goods within 48 hours after we confirm the payment from customers.

When you place an order, we will estimate the best shipping opportunity for you, and deliver goods safely and efficiently.
